InSync is a shift calendar you can share with your partner or a small group. If something isn’t working, or you’re missing something, write to me and I’ll answer myself. In English is fine.

The quickest way is from the app itself: More › Report a problem. That form sends your device model and the app version, which is exactly what’s needed to understand a bug without having to ask you.

Frequently asked questions

How do I share the calendar with my partner?

In More › Invite your partner (or inside Group) you share an invite code. The other person enters it when they create their account, you get their request and, once you accept it, you both see the same thing. For now, InSync is iPhone-only.

An event the other person created doesn’t show up for me

Events marked “Only me” aren’t shared: they’re private to whoever created them. If that’s not it, pull the calendar down to force a sync. If it still doesn’t show up, write to me.

Shifts only allow two people

That’s on purpose. With more than two, the month view fills up with circles and stops being readable. No paid plan changes that.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From More › Manage or cancel in the app, or in your iPhone’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancellations are handled by Apple, not by InSync.

How do I delete my account?

More › Delete account, at the very bottom. It deletes your personal data. What you created together — shared events, notes and trips — stays for the other person in the group.
